Recurring cash only
How revenue scales: Recurring VPP/TOU dispatch and data-compute revenue depend only on total units × state rates — building size does not affect them (decentralized, each meter is its own resource). Only the one-time upfront rebate responds to Avg Units per Site, and only where a state caps its rebate per application/site. Per-unit-capped rebates (most states) are unaffected by site size too.

⚡ Molecule Systems optimizes each individual unit meter independently up to 13 kWh.
All units within a building are coordinated as a virtual power plant cluster —
the building acts as a single dispatchable resource to the ISO while each apartment benefits individually.
Revenue is settled per unit and credited to each resident's account or passed to the building operator.

🔬 Molecule Systems — DividendVPP Analysis
Molecule doesn't create a new revenue stream — it sits between the utility VPP dispatch signal and your battery portfolio, guaranteeing each dispatch event is executed and telemetry-verified, then runs cross-program optimization (Lightsmith) so each site is always in the best-paying program available that hour. Most VPP portfolios without execution software realize ~55% of modeled value due to missed events and static enrollment. Molecule targets 95% realized capture. Revenue share: 70% asset owner / 20% Molecule / 10% installer (ClearSky captures installer 10% as installer of record).
